Our Philosophy

Melissa Thomas has more than 20 years in dentistry working inside and virtually for dental practices as an assistant, practice manager, and plan and marketing consultant. Melissa founded Dynamic Dental Services to create opportunities to merge dental office administrative tasks with technology. An office's primary focus should be the patient, and Melissa believes that Dynamic Dental Services offers that grass-roots ability by taking on the minutiae of the day-to-day.  Front office employees will no longer have to say "I'll be with you in a minute" to a patient because they are holding for an insurance company. Outsourcing insurance verification, aged claims, and account management will enhance the patient experience and increase the office's employee productivity.

Melissa and her team have the knowledge base of what works and more importantly, what doesn't work.  More time spent with the patient translates to an experience for the patient, rather than simply an "office visit."
